Setup an Outdoor Garden Gym and Make It Easier to Stay Fit
In today's world, our lives are busier than ever. We have tons of things to take care of, such as jobs, studies, and, for some people, children. That leaves little to no time to keep ourselves fit, especially when gyms are so far away from where we live. What if you could have a space for that purpose specifically? Choosing a garden gym from Yardbox may help you achieve your fitness goals more easily.
Having a gym room in the garden eliminates commuting and the need for expensive memberships in the long run. Thus, you will be saving a ton of money in the future, allowing you to repurpose those funds.
What’s even better, this garden gym may be repurposed in the future, meaning it can work as a multifunctional space for whatever you may have in mind. Get to know more about our garden gyms and what you can expect from them.

A Garden Gym You Can Access Whenever You Need
One of the biggest downsides of paying for a gym membership is that you can’t access it whenever you want; you have to attend during specific hours. Even with that, no one can assure you that you’ll be able to use the equipment you need for your routine. Having a garden outbuilding can definitely be a game-changer for you. Not only will you be able to exercise whenever you want, but you will also be able to follow the routines you need to without worrying about someone else occupying your space.
Privacy is also a big advantage of having your own garden gym. You don't have to worry about other gymgoers disturbing you while you are working out. It can be an easier way to get used to exercising every day or even trying out new things. As complicated as your fitness goals might be, having a gym room in the garden can make it considerably more convenient for you to stay fit and keep your body in the best shape possible. If you want to know more about our garden gyms and what they include, don’t hesitate to contact us.

However, two of our spaces (The Toronto and The Retreat) give you the option to build a bathroom and a kitchenette if you would like to make the space a bit more versatile and functional.
-
You can include any equipment you want, even if it's something heavy like a treadmill. However, we recommend you take into account certain aspects, such as providing extra floor support if you believe that the equipment is too heavy and the security in your area.
-
While the space is intended to be an outdoor gym space, it's up to you to utilize it for anything you want. However, bear in mind that we also similarly offer garden offices and rooms. We recommend you take a look at these other options if you have other ideas in mind, such as having an external office at home or a creative space for your art.

It depends on the area. Some places require you to have planning permission before including such a space in your garden, while others do not. In either case, we recommend you consult with the local authorities to confirm whether it is necessary or not for your peace of mind.
